North Idaho Tourism Summit Will Be At the Coeur d'Alene Casino for 2014

The North Idaho Tourism Summit Committee is excited to announce that the Coeur d'Alene Casino and Resort has been chosen as the venue for the North Idaho Tourism Summit for 2014. The Casino will be offering some great Hotel Room rates for anyone who wants to stay and play and we have some other exciting add on's that I think will only enhance the Summit for the coming year and years to come. Stay tuned for those updates!

With the Date set for April 10th 2014 from 8-4pm and our location secured the Summit Planning Committee,(an all volunteer team of individuals), is looking for anyone who would like to join our committee and help us make 2014 a Summit to remember!

We are meeting twice a month 9am every second and fourth Thursday and we will meet at the Coeur d'Alene Chamber. If you are interested please email us at nitsummit@gmail.com. We can then add you to our Committee list so you can receive meeting updates from the current Committee chair Paul Amador of University of Idaho.

The date for the 2013 Annual North Idaho Tourism Summit has been set for Thursday, April 4th, 2013. 

This year’s Summit will be held at the Sandpoint Event Center 102 South EuclidSandpoint ID 83864 from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Early bird will be $29/person until March 19th then price goes up to $34/person.

The Summit’s theme is always “Fostering Strategic Partnerships” and includes popular elements from Summit’s past such as Minute Connections (speed networking), Culinary Tour of Local Fare for Lunch (included in your registration), updates from the State of Idaho Tourism Bureau as well as regional chambers, and collaborative educational pieces. 

New this year will be a more valuable way for Event Sponsors to interact with attendees and receive more recognition as sponsors.

The purpose of the North Idaho Tourism Summit is to provide the vehicle for those interested in the health of the tourism industry an opportunity to foster cooperation, provide education and form strategic professional relationships to promote and stimulate tourism throughout the region. 

The North Idaho Tourism Summit Steering Committee is an all-volunteer group that meets monthly with the sole purpose of producing and delivering the North Idaho Tourism Summit each year to bring together regional tourism leaders to share information and promote networking.
